ICE CRAM AFTER THE RIDE AT CUPS AND CONES (**UPDATED route)

Ride Requirements: 
By riding, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement with rider safety and pace guidance (Rider Guidance). Available paces depend on ride leader signups.

Safety: Follow ride leader instructions, Helmets required. No phone use. No headphones for music (hearing aids or air pods used ONLY as a hearing aid are acceptable but only for this use). Bottles fitting your bottle cages are required.

Ride Leaders and Guests are asked to register for rides:
> Ride Leaders (Required): To lead this ride, please login and register by selecting a pace to lead.

> Non-member Guest Riders (Requested): Non-member guests are allowed to join us on a ONE time trial ride. Please register and YOU MUST sign this online ride waiver before riding (Guest Waiver Form).

Current member? Ride registration is not required.
